SMPW Partners with White Oak Bicycle Co-op

The Town of Signal Mountain’s Public Works Department has partnered with White Oak Bicycle Co-op, a local non-profit based in Red Bank, to take in old bicycles from our community that are no longer used and give them a second chance at life. All donated bicycles are repaired to working order by WOBC’s volunteer bicycle mechanics and distributed freely to those in need. Children’s bicycles are preferred, but all bicycles are welcome! If you would like to participate, please bring your bicycles to the Public Works department during normal operating hours (Mon-Fri 8-4pm, Sat 8-2pm),  located at 714 Mississippi Avenue!

If you have any questions, please email Louis Brill at LBrill@SignalMountainTN.gov

If you would like to learn more about White Oak Bicycle Co-op’s mission and what they do, please visit their website at https://www.whiteoakbicycle.org/.

Thank you,
