New Town Manager, Matt Trollinger, Appointed

We are excited to announce the appointment of Matthew Trollinger as the new Town Manager of Signal Mountain. Matt is an ICMA-credentialed manager with more than seven years of experience as a Town Manager. He has been the Town Manager of Somerset, Maryland since 2019. He has an extensive background in large-scale infrastructure projects and brings a wealth of knowledge and leadership experience to our community.

Matt is expected to join us on April 15th and will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our town, leading our town with integrity, vision, and a steadfast commitment to serving the needs of our residents and employees. Please join us in extending a warm welcome to him upon his arrival!
